Life is a special occasion! I saw this quote on a Hallmark bag and I realized that is exactly the way I try to live my life. I really don’t save any clothing or shoes for special occasions unless they are not work appropriate or blindingly shiny (trust me I have pushed the limits a time or two and caught myself walking by a mirror looking like I’m heading to an award show or a yacht summer wedding)
Today I am wearing my long sleeve black dress from French Connection. I have had it for about 5 years and it never goes out of style. It is a classic, flattering little miracle piece that is always there for me whenever I need it. So today I was dancing salsa while getting ready and decided to dress to the nines. I highly recommend it!

La vida es una ocasion especial! Vi este dicho en una bolsa de Hallmark lo que me hizo realizar que esa es exactamente la forma en que trato de vivir mi vida. Nunca guardo ropa o zapatos para una ocasion especial a menos que no sea apropeado para la oficina o tan brillante que te pueda volver ciego!
Creamne que he tratado de llegar al limite en mas de una ocasion y me he encontrado caminando en frente de un espejo viendome como si fuera a una entrega de premios o una boda de verano en un yate.
Hoy me puse un vestido de manga larga de French Connection. Lo compre casi 5 anos atras y nunca pasa de moda. Es un milagro clasico muy halagador que siempre esta ahi cuando lo necesito. Asi que hoy mientras estaba bailando salsa al arreglarme decidi vestirme como para una ocasion especial! Lo recomiendo!
